III.    INTRODUCTIONS
a.    State Name, P1/P2/P3, what branch of family

IV.    Treasurer’s Update - Lorraine
a.    $1,634.00 in the family fund

V.    Family Reunion Picnic Updates
a.    May 26, 2012
b.    Summit Park (Bonita)
c.    Food – Monie/Marylou/Denise/Shonnie
i.    Hot Dogs/Hamburgers 12pm-4pm
ii.    Denise/Marylou are organizing side dishes with the family – we will post food spreadsheet to blog
iii.    Richard/Gabriel will be grilling
iv.    B.Y.O.D. (Bring your own drinks)
d.    Activities – Christina/Weenie   
i.    Designated activity area (arts/crafts)
ii.    Clowns
iii.    Pinatas
iv.    Relays
v.    Watermelon Contest
vi.    Sack Races
vii.    Waterpark for kids is $3/child
viii.    Chris and Weenie will also need volunteers to help maintain their sanity
e.    Entertainment – Stevie/Carmel/Bernadette/Bianca
i.    DJ – 12pm – 6pm
ii.    Stevie is in the process of booking bands
f.    T-SHIRT ORDERS DUE TO LORRAINE APRIL 30TH NO EXCEPTIONS
g.    Clean up committee will be headed up by Boogie – we will start cleaning at 6:30pm
h.    All camp sites have been reserved
i.    Parking is limited and there is a $4 charge, alternate parking is located at bottom of the hill
j.    A motion was passed to hire a photographer from 2pm-4pm






VI.    Announcements
a.    Thank you Alisha for sending out the family newsletter
b.    CONGRATS to Stevie on his new position at UCSD!
c.    OTNC Reunion July 21rd at  The Manuel Portillo Casa de Salud from 12pm -6pm
d.    CONGRATS to Natalia Valderrama who is receiving her B.A. from University of Phoenix!
e.    CONGRATS to Armando Guzman who is receiving his B.A. from SDSU!
f.    Pancake Breakfast fundraiser 4/29 at Applebees Plaza Bonita 8-10am for Team Chocolate Kisses
g.    Delfino Martinez is doing well in Afghanistan. He is expected to be home at the end of August.
h.    Gabriel Villalpando is doing well in England. He and his wife are expecting their first child. He will be visiting home in May.
i.    Tournament of Hope fundraiser is on 6/29 at National City Golf Course. Contact Lorraine for more info.
j.    Lots of love and prayers continue to go out to Uncle Picho and family, also to Monie Soliven, who continues her courageous fight with cancer.
