         a.    State Name, P1/P2/P3, what branch of family

IV.    Treasurer’s Update - Lorraine
         a.    Close to $4000 in the family fund
         b.    We’ve collected $861 since Oct 2011

V.    Valentine’s Dance Updates
        a.    February 11, 2012 7pm-12am
        b.    American Legion (18th Street NC)
        c.    Ages 21+up event
        d.    Decorations are set – Mona/Kara
        e.    $10 tickets will be sold at the door – Monica/Katrina
        f.    Snack Mix will be provided - Lorraine
      g.    EACH FAMILY WILL DONATE 1 RAFFLE BASKET
    h.    Flyer will be made and posted on FB/Blog/Website – Moe/Bernadette
        i.    Clean up Crew – Stevie, Katrina, Shonnie, Gabriel, whoever is left when the lights turn on

VI.    Family Reunion Picnic Updates
         a.    May 26, 2012
         b.    Summit Park (Bonita)
         c.    Food - Hot Dogs/Hamburgers 12pm-3pm
                i.    Shonnie is assisting Monica with set-up
                ii.    Denise/Marylou will organize side dishes with the family
                iii.    Richard will be signing cousins up for grill time
                iv.    B.Y.O.D. (Bring your own drinks)
       d.    Activities – Christina/Weenie
               i.    Designated activity area (arts/crafts)
               ii.    Clown
               iii.    Pinatas
               iv.    Relays
       v.    Chris and Weenie will also need volunteers to help maintain their sanity
       e.    Entertainment – Stevie/Carmel/Bernadette/Bianca
              i.    DJ – all day
              ii.    Stevie is in the process of booking bands
       f.    T-SHIRT ORDERS DUE APRIL 30TH

VII.    Family Cruise 2012 - Christina
          a.    Carnival Splendor 7 Day Cruise
             i.    Sept 23 – 30th
             ii.    Leaving from Long Beach
                 iii.    Porting in Cabo and Puerto Vallarta
                 iv.    $250 deposit DUE Feb 27th
                 v.    Book under “We Are Family”
                 vi.    Wanda at Carefree Vacations 619-591-7209
                 vii.    Open to family and friends

            a.    Congratulations to Rachel and Cesar on the birth of their first child, Omar Gonzalez!
