I.    INTRODUCTIONS

III.    FAMILY PICNIC

d.    One person from each family will be in charge of coordinating the collection of dues and coordinating side dishes

e.    Create a blog for Portillo website to have all information regarding picnic – Bernadette will be in charge

f.    Portillo Fund will provide main dish for picnic.  Each family will bring a side dish/desert

VIII.    ANNOUNCEMENTS
a.    Update on Titina – Family will be meeting with Hospice on 9/12 to discuss taking her home
b.    Rachel is expecting her first child
c.    Sabrina had another grandson, Christian Duane Johnson. 
d.    Lorraine – we need to start thinking about different events to generate money such as Spring Dance, Laughlin Trips, etc
e.    Mary Lou – ONLY Family invited to picnic
f.    Dukie – Relay for Life National City raised $73,000.  The Portillo Family raised over $10,000!!!
